A size rule has changed

If an exam now uses different sizes from the ones in the tool, please send the exam name, the new sizes and a link to the official notification. I will update the list after checking it.

Something is not working

If a file from this tool was rejected, or the tool didn’t work, please tell me:

Which form or exam you were filling, and the error message you saw.
The rules you set in the tool (pixels, KB and DPI).
Your phone or computer and browser (for example, Chrome on Android or Safari on iPhone).

Please don’t send your photo or signature. I don’t need it to fix the problem.
