The service

Dovnixa is a free tool that runs in your web browser. It resizes and compresses images so they follow the upload rules of online forms. We may change, pause or stop any part of the site at any time.

Upload rules

The ready-made sizes come from published notifications, but rules change and we can’t promise they are always up to date. Please check the official notification for your form. You are responsible for the files you submit. Even if a file follows the size rules, the authority may still reject a photo for other reasons, like the background, light or how clearly it shows your face.

Your images

Only use the tool with your own images, or images you have permission to use. Don’t use it to change a photo or signature to pretend to be someone else.

Fair use

Don’t try to harm the site, disturb other users, overload it with automated requests, or use it for anything illegal.

Ownership

The site’s design, text and code belong to Dovnixa. You can share links to any page and quote short parts with credit. The files you make with the tool are yours.

No warranty

The site is provided “as is” and “as available”, without any warranty, including warranties of accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose or uninterrupted availability.

Limitation of liability

As far as the law allows, Dovnixa and its owner are not responsible for any loss or damage from using, or not being able to use, the site or the files it makes. This includes a rejected application.
